Bianca has received her Real Estate License in 2000 and her Brokers license in 2011. After working for another brokerage for 15 years she ventured out into the world of Brokerage Ownership. Bianca opened Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty in S. Surrey Bianca is a member of both the FVREB . She volunteers her time with various committees such as the FVREB Brokers Council and the BCREA Managing Broker Advisory Committee.

Rob has been involved with residential sales throughout the lower mainland (Vancouver area up to Whistler), some land assemblies, has worked with the tourism, film & TV industries, and has been involved with large infrastructure projects like the Canada Line Rapid Transit Project, the Bell Mobility 2010 Olympic Build Project and the Kinder Morgan Twinning Project.

In 2005, Josh became a licensed real estate agent, and in 2010, he graduated from UBC with an Urban Land Economics Diploma, majoringin Property Management Working his way up the ranks, Josh became a Managing Broker in 2014 and since that time he has led a large, and successful real estate company. He is the first person to help new agents when they have questions, and is skilled at handling complex problems which require both tact and firmness. Agents appreciate his dedication to his job and his availability to quickly answer concerns about contracts, or other issues.

 I am the Managing Broker of CENTURY 21 Horizon West Realty in Princeton, where I also work as a Property Manager and handle listings and sales in Princeton, Coalmont, Tulameen, Hedley, and Allison Lake.  

Licensed since 2001, I earned my Managing Broker designation in 2008. 

From 2008 to 2014, I owned RE/MAX Country in Princeton before merging with CENTURY 21 Horizon West Realty. I’ve served twice as President of the South Okanagan Real Estate Board and helped transition to the Association of Interior Realtors.  

Nav is the Managing Director at AXIS Real Estate Solutions Inc. He leads a team of marketing and sales experts that work closely with Developers and Builders in designing new homes. AXIS has marketed and sold close to 12,000 homes worth over 7 billion dollars. Nav has been in this field for the past 20 years having worked for leading developers and marketing firms. Nav graduated from BCIT’s Commercial Real Estate Diploma  Program and BCIT’s  BBA Degree. Nav also has his DULE from UBC and all Real Estate licenses. Nav is recognized to be a hard worker, professional and a leader.
