Bianca has received her Real Estate License in 2000 and her Brokers license in 2011. After working for another brokerage for 15 years she ventured out into the world of Brokerage Ownership. Bianca opened Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty in S. Surrey Bianca is a member of both the FVREB . She volunteers her time with various committees such as the FVREB Brokers Council and the BCREA Managing Broker Advisory Committee.
