Bianca has received her Real Estate License in 2000 and her Brokers license in 2011. After working for another brokerage for 15 years she ventured out into the world of Brokerage Ownership. Bianca opened Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty in S. Surrey and sold it in 2024. She is currently Managing Broker for 4 Branch locations for Coldwell Banker Executives Realty. Bianca is a member of both the FVREB and AIOR . She volunteers her time with various committees such as the FVREB Brokers Council and the BCREA Managing Broker Advisory Committee.

Janet has been a Managing Broker for over 30 years, and has managed offices in the Similkameen, Okanagan, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, Victoria and Vancouver. She's owned 2 franchise real estate brokerages and managed independent and alternative business model brokerages, from start up to wind up, in trading services and property management. She is a member of the GVR, VREB, VIREB and AOIR Boards in BC, and served 4 years on the VIREB Board of Directors from 2020-2023, as well as working on several committees at VIREB and VREB.
